An about page usually tries to tell a story. We'd rather tell you who's actually accountable for what happens at Samarpan, since that matters more than a narrative.
Every member of our clinical and support staff is qualified, trained, and assessed to be competent in addiction treatment, with ongoing training built into how the team operates. Care is delivered by a multidisciplinary team working from one plan together, under the clinical direction described above, not a collection of individual practitioners each working their own way.
CLINICAL STANDARDS
Samarpan holds CARF accreditation, an independent review of our clinical processes, safety systems, and standards of care, renewed on an ongoing basis rather than granted once and left unchecked. This is listed in CARF's own public directory of accredited providers, so it's independently checkable, not just a claim on this page. Our approach to relapse prevention follows the Gorski-CENAPS model, a structured and established method rather than something built session to session.
OUR FOUNDATION
Samarpan exists to provide real, clinically grounded addiction treatment, not a place to wait out a crisis. Every part of how we operate, from the treatment model to the physical space, is built around that purpose.
YOUR RIGHTS
Every client has the right to raise concerns or complaints about their treatment, and a clear process exists for doing so. The full details are covered directly in admission paperwork, so nothing about your rights is left to a marketing page to explain in full.
